Delete Your Account

Homeowner, Certified Partner and sales representative accounts

What deletion does

Deleting your account permanently deactivates it and erases your personal data. It cannot be undone. When you confirm:

  • Your access is revoked, you are signed out and push notification registrations are removed.
  • Personal fields on your account (name, email, phone, address and similar profile details) are erased.
  • Personal documents, resumes and homeowner request photos are deleted. Partner photos on completed jobs remain part of the homeowner's job record. Failed file removals are retried automatically.
  • Website marketing signup records, contact submissions and support requests linked to your account or email are deleted.
  • Homeowner Stripe subscriptions are cancelled.

What we retain

We retain financial and job history for business and legal purposes, with personal profile details removed:

  • Financial, payment, payout and commission records.
  • Job records, stripped of personal identifiers.
  • Existing Stripe customer, payment, invoice and Connect account records are not deleted.

When deletion is blocked

  • Homeowners cannot delete while a job is still open.
  • Certified Partners cannot delete while an accepted job is not completed.
  • Sales representatives cannot delete while earned commissions are unpaid. Contact support to settle them first.

Sales representatives: once erased, all future residual commissions stop permanently and cannot be restored.

Without access to your account, email contact@tarpguard.us to request erasure. See our Privacy Policy for more.
