We use automated systems, including rule-based logic and machine-learning models, to match and dispatch nearby contractors, estimate arrival times, prioritize requests during high-demand events, and help verify contractor credentials. These automated processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. Where required by applicable law, you may request additional information about, or human review of, decisions made through automated processing by contacting us using the information below.

User-submitted content may also be subject to the ownership and license terms described in Tarp Guard's Copyright and Trademark Notice. Tarp Guard will not use identifiable names, likenesses, property images, testimonials, reviews, comments, or similar user content in advertising or public marketing where legally required without appropriate consent, and any such use remains subject to applicable privacy laws, consent requirements, communication preferences, and opt-out rights where applicable.

We may share information with independent contractors selected to respond to a service request, payment processors, mapping and geolocation providers (to match and dispatch nearby contractors and estimate arrival times), cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support vendors, marketing and communications service providers, insurers and insurance claim handlers where you request or authorize insurance-coordination assistance, legal authorities when required by law, and other trusted service providers acting on our behalf. We may share or display user-submitted content for promotional or marketing purposes only as described in this Privacy Policy and subject to applicable privacy laws, consent requirements, communication preferences, and opt-out rights where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any membership or service. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message (or reply HELP for help), and you may disable certain permissions or notifications through your device settings, though doing so may limit functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account, and you should notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
