Membership Questions
Emergency roofing services are often overwhelmed in the days following a severe storm, when demand is highest and availability is limited. Joining Tarp Guard before a storm event helps ensure you have access to our network of Certified Partners when you need it most. Because membership becomes active 30 days after enrollment, joining in advance—rather than waiting until severe weather is forecast or has already occurred—helps protect the integrity of the program and ensures Tarp Guard can maintain a reliable emergency response network for all members.
Your membership becomes active 30 days after enrollment and successful payment, unless otherwise stated in your Membership Agreement.
This waiting period allows us to keep our response network sustainable and reserved for members who plan ahead. Enrolling in advance means you are apart of a prepared group that receives priority when it matters most.
