Become a Tarp Guard Certified Partner.

How the Program Works

Five simple steps—from a homeowner becoming a Tarp Guard member to completing the emergency tarp installation and creating an opportunity for future repair work.

  1. Step 1

    Homeowner Purchases Membership

A homeowner enrolls in a Tarp Guard membership.

  2. Step 2

    Homeowner Submits a Service Request

After damage, the homeowner submits a service request through the Tarp Guard app or website.

  3. Step 3

    The Job Is Dispatched

When a member requests service, the Tarp Guard app instantly alerts available local Certified Partners. The first qualified partner to accept the request is assigned and dispatched.

  4. Step 4

    Protect the Property

Provide professional emergency roof protection in accordance with Tarp Guard service standards. Once the job is completed and documented, Tarp Guard pays you directly for the covered work.

  5. Step 5

    Opportunity for Additional Work

Following completion of the emergency service, Certified Partners may discuss permanent roof repair or replacement options directly with the homeowner, subject to the homeowner's interest.
